超低功耗 10MBd 数字 CMOS 光电耦合器
ACPL-C61L 数字光电耦合器结合 AlGaAs 发光二极管和内置高增益光检测器，可以满足低功耗应用需求，这款光电耦合器功耗极低，工作温度范围内每通道最高仅 1.5mA IDD，LED 顺向电流要求低达 3mA，可由大部分微处理器直接驱动。
ACPL-C61L 内部电气间隙为 0.5mm，通过隔离电压 5000Vrms/1min 的 UL 认证，以及 工作绝缘电压 VIORM 为 1230VPEAK 的 IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 强化绝缘认证。
ACPL-C61L 支持 3.3V 和 5V 电源电压，交流和直流操作参数可在 -40°C 到 +105°C 温度范围得到保证。检测器输出为 CMOS，致能输入引脚允许检测器输出可以被选通，内部法拉第 (Faraday) 屏蔽提供 20kV/μs 的保证共模瞬变抗扰度。
ACPL-C61L 非常适合高速逻辑接口应用，功耗极低。
