无铅通用光敏晶体管光电耦合器
HCPL-817-000E 为内含通过光学耦合到光敏晶体管发光二极管的光敏晶体管光电耦合器，采用 4-pin DIP 封装并提供宽接脚间隔和弯脚 SMD 选择。输入输出隔离电压为 5,000Vrms，输入电流 5mA 时响应时间 tr 大约在 4µs，最低 CTR 为 50%。
