典型应用
描述
LTZ1000 和 LTZ1000A 是超稳定温度可控型基准。它们专为提供具 0.05ppm/ºC 温度漂移的 7V 输出、约 1.2μVP-P 的噪声和 2μV/√kHr 的长期稳定性而设计。
在芯片上集成了一个近表面齐纳基准、一个用于实现温度稳定性的加热电阻器和一个温度检测晶体管。外部电路用于设定工作电流，并对基准进行温度稳定处理。这提供了最大的灵活性以及最佳的长期稳定性和噪声性能。
与老款器件 (比如：LM199) 相比，LTZ1000 和 LTZ1000A 基准能够提供更加出色的性能 (前提是用户实施了加热器控制，并对热布局进行了正确的管理)。为了简化热绝缘，LTZ1000A 采用了一种专有的芯片连接方法，旨在提供明显高于 LTZ1000 的热阻。
